I’ve navigated PCOS, Hashimoto’s, burnout, perimenopause, and a giant hemangioma — while running ultra marathons, climbing Kilimanjaro twice, and building a practice that now serves clients on five continents. Every protocol I use, I’ve tested on myself first.
